Valid for your club’s first subscription, until 31 December 2026, with the launch code our team gives you. The code must be applied before you subscribe and works once per club. The 90 days start when your subscription does, on the date shown in your confirmation. They apply to your Palarena subscription, not to Stripe’s fees on your online payments.

What happens when the 90 days end?
Billing starts, at €149 excl. VAT per month or €1,490 excl. VAT per year. You see the date of that first invoice before you confirm. Cancel before then and you pay nothing.
When does my subscription start?
The day you subscribe in the software, once your club’s Stripe account is verified. Opening the Stripe account doesn’t start your subscription.
Does the price depend on the number of courts or players?
No. One price, no tiers, whether you have 2 courts or 20, 100 players or 3,000. It stays the same at every renewal, as long as you stay on the same plan without interruption.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Setup, data migration by our team and training are all included in your subscription.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The club owner cancels under “Palarena subscription” in the software, on the Stripe billing page that opens from there. You keep access until the end of the month or year you’ve already paid for, then the subscription ends. Exporting your data is free.
