The details.

Can I publish a sanctioned tournament?

Yes. You enter its category, from P25 to P3000, and each player gives their license number when they register, unless it’s already on their profile. You still get the tournament sanctioned through the federation, just as you do today.

Does Palarena handle draws and results?

No. With Palarena, you publish the activity, take registrations and payments, and get the list of registered players. Draws and scores stay in the tools you already use.

How do players pay?

Online, by card. The player saves their card when they register, and the hold is placed in the four days before the activity, just like a court booking. A free activity is confirmed with no payment.

What happens if a player withdraws?

They can withdraw in the app until registration closes. The refund follows your club’s cancellation policy as it stood when they registered. In a pair, both players are withdrawn.

Can I edit an activity after it’s published?

Yes. Until someone registers, you can change everything except the type. After the first registration, the courts, time slots and price are locked. For the next one, duplicate the activity and change its dates.
