A weekend tournament, a Thursday americano, a holiday camp or a group lesson. With Palarena, you create the event in a few minutes, and your players sign up and pay for their place in your club’s app.

Four formats

  • Pairs tournament, sanctioned or not
  • Individual tournament, for an americano, a mexicano, a ladder or singles
  • Lesson, with its coach
  • Camp, over several sessions paid for in one go

Everything in one form

You enter the title, the category, the coach, the courts and up to 20 slots over several days, the number of places or pairs, the price per player and the level range. You also choose who the event is open to, everyone, men, women or mixed pairs, and whether a licence is required.

An event can be duplicated for the following week, and edited or cancelled from its page.

Sanctioned tournaments

For a sanctioned tournament, you state its category, from P25 to P3000. It is played in pairs, with a men’s, women’s or mixed draw, and each player’s licence number is asked for at sign-up. Only registered players can see the list of entrants. The sanctioning itself is done with the federation, as it is today.

Online sign-up and payment

Your players sign up in your club’s app and pay for their place online. In pairs, each pays for their own place or one pays for both, and the partner has 48 hours to accept. Places are capped at the number you set, and the money goes to your club’s Stripe account, with no Palarena commission.

Your team can also sign a player up at the front desk and record their payment. If you cancel an event, amounts collected online are refunded and card holds released automatically.

Can I run a sanctioned tournament with Palarena?

How do I organise an americano?

Create an individual tournament and choose the courts, the slots, the number of places and the price per player. Your players sign up on their own and pay for their place online.

Do events cost anything extra?

No. They are included in the subscription, with no Palarena commission on entries.
