Who can receive a campaign?
Players who’ve subscribed to your club’s emails, and no one else. Each player subscribes club by club, in the app or through a form they confirm by email. Unsubscribed players and bad addresses are left out, and so are players who’ve already registered, if you choose.
Are inactive players emailed automatically?
No. The “Inactive” filter helps you pick recipients, but nothing goes out on its own. You prepare every campaign and confirm every send.
Can I see who opened an email?
No. Palarena doesn’t track opens or clicks. After sending, you see how many emails were delivered, how many couldn’t be, and how many players unsubscribed or reported the email as spam.
Could a player get too many emails?
No. Palarena caps how many campaigns a single address gets from your club, so your players don’t tune out.
Can I test an email before sending it?
Yes. The preview shows how it looks on desktop, on mobile and as plain text. You can also send a test to the verified members of your team, to read it in a real inbox.
