The details.
Do I need to create new groups?
No. The assistant shares in the groups your club already runs. Your players don’t have to join or change anything. The message shows up where they already chat.
Will my groups get too many messages?
No. Your team chooses what the assistant shares, and it’s designed to stay out of the way of your conversations. We tune it with you to fit your groups, and we’ll show you in the demo.
Who writes the messages?
No one on your team. Every message comes pre-written, with the day, time, price per player and a link to your app. No player names appear in it.
What does a player see when they tap the link?
The match or the activity, in your club’s app, with its time and price. They take their spot and pay from their account, just like any other booking.
Is it an add-on?
Yes. The WhatsApp assistant is an add-on to your Palarena subscription, at a price we give you before you subscribe. It’s only added if you order it.
We’ll show you the assistant in your demo.
