Before you jump in
I don’t know my level. Where do I start?
With the questionnaire. Seven questions about what you can do in a match are enough to place your game. Torn between two answers? Go with the lower one.
When can I chat with another player?
As soon as they accept your request. From there, you work out together where and when to play. Booking the court is a separate step.
When am I charged for a game?
When the slot starts. Until then, there’s a hold on your card that secures your share without charging it.
