In your schedule, open the booking and pick the player who’s paying on-site.
Terminal
Their share shows up on the terminal, and the player pays by card.
Confirmation
Once SumUp confirms the payment, the share is marked collected on the booking.

What hardware do I need?
A SumUp Solo terminal, paired with your club using a code shown on its screen, and a SumUp merchant account. The club owner connects the account once, in settings.
Does Palarena replace my point of sale?
No. Palarena takes payment for your bookings. At the front desk, you start the payment from the schedule on your SumUp terminal, and track everything in Finances. For the bar or the shop, you keep a point of sale, such as SumUp’s, because Palarena isn’t certified point-of-sale software.
Can I use my bar’s terminal for both?
No, you need two. A terminal paired with Palarena only takes payments started from Palarena. For the bar’s point of sale, plan on a second terminal.
What happens if a payment fails?
The share is still due. It’s only marked collected after SumUp confirms. Once Palarena shows that the payment failed, you can start it again on the terminal.
How much does it cost?
Nothing extra on the Palarena side. The SumUp integration is included in your subscription. You pay SumUp directly for the terminal and its fees.
