Booking
A player books and pays their share. The others pay theirs when they join the game.
Card hold
In the four days before the slot, each share is held on the card without being charged.
Collection
When the slot starts, each held share is charged and paid into your club’s Stripe account.

They can pay their own share or pay for everyone. When a player pays just their share, the court price is split equally and everyone else pays theirs by card as they join the game.

The money lands in your Stripe account.
Stripe processes card payments. Every payment is created on your club’s own Stripe account, with no commission. Stripe charges you its fees, and Finances shows them for each payment.

A missing share can be paid at the front desk.
The booking shows how much has been collected out of the total. A manager adds the player to the open spot and records their payment, in cash or by card.

What happens if a player doesn’t pay their share?
Their spot stays open, and no one else is charged for it. The booking shows the amount collected out of the total, and a manager can take that player’s payment at the front desk.
When does my club get paid?
When the slot starts. If the game is less than four days away, the share is held on the card at booking. If it’s further out, the card is saved and the hold is placed four days before. Stripe then pays the funds out to your bank account on its own payout schedule.
What happens if a player cancels?
Your cancellation policy applies, exactly as the player saw it when booking. Within the window you set, their hold is released or their payment is refunded. After that, their share is still due under your policy.
Does Palarena take a commission?
No. At launch, Palarena takes no commission on your bookings and adds no fees to the price the player pays. Only Stripe fees apply, billed directly to your club.
Can my team refund a player?
Yes. The owner and managers can refund an online payment, in full or in part, from Finances. The amount comes out of your club’s Stripe balance, and Stripe may keep its fees.
