Every Palarena club has its own booking app, under its own name, with its logo, photos, courts and prices. It opens in the phone’s browser from a simple link, and your players can install it on their home screen.
We chose a web app over a separate app for each club in the stores. It suits most of your players better, and it spares your club everything a native app demands.
Booking with nothing to download
Most people who look up your club online want one thing, a court for Thursday evening or a place in a game. Many would rather not install an app for that, especially the first time they book.
With your club’s app, the link is enough. Your players see the free slots, book and pay their share, sign up for your tournaments and camps, buy your memberships and get their confirmation by email, from their phone or their computer. They sign in with their email address and a code sent by email, or with their Google account, with no password to remember.
You can share that link wherever people find you, on your website, your Google listing, your social media or a QR code at the front desk.
A real app on the home screen
Your regular players install your club’s app from their browser menu. It sits among their other apps, with your logo as its icon and your club’s name, and opens full screen, with no address bar.
There is no store to open, no Apple or Google account to use and no download to wait for. Players install it from the page they are already looking at.
Always up to date, with nothing to install
A store app has to be updated by every player, and every new version must first be approved by Apple and Google. Anyone who skips the update stays on the old version.
Your club’s app updates the next time it loads. When we improve Palarena, all your players get the new version at the same time, without doing anything. And when your team saves a new pricing rule, it applies straight away to online bookings.
Hosting in France, security and maintenance are handled by the Palarena team and included in your subscription.
No months of preparation
Having your own app built takes months and costs a lot, and then it has to be maintained for every new version of iOS and Android. With Palarena, none of that is yours to manage.

Your club’s app exists from the moment your club is created, and its address comes from your club’s name, for example yourclub.palarena.com. Set up your courts, opening hours and prices, connect your Stripe account, often approved within minutes, and your players can book. Allow about 30 minutes.
The Palarena team supports you through this go-live, and you deal with the team directly.
Your club in the Palarena app too
On top of your own app, your club and your open matches appear in the Palarena app, where players look for a club or a game near them. It is extra visibility, and the players who find you there book with you, at your prices.
A version of the Palarena app for the App Store is in preparation, for players who prefer to go through a store.

Do my players need to download an app to book?
No. They book in your club’s web app, from their phone’s or computer’s browser. Those who want to can add it to their home screen, where it opens like an app.
Does the app work on iPhone and Android?
Yes, in recent browsers on both. On iPhone it installs from Safari’s share menu, and on Android from the Chrome menu.
Can my club have its own app in the App Store?
Palarena does not publish a separate app for each club in the stores. Your club has its own web app, which installs on the phone, and a version of the Palarena app for the App Store is in preparation.

The Palarena team. Every improvement reaches your club’s app the next time it loads, for all your players at once, with nothing for you to do.
