What do the 30 minutes cover?
Setting up your club with your sports, courts, opening hours and prices, plus your app, which is ready at the same time. Data migration and Stripe’s verification of your account run on their own timelines.
Will you migrate my players and bookings?
Yes, and we do it for you. Using your files, we set up your upcoming bookings and your player list in your club, so you don’t have to re-enter anything.
When can I start taking online payments?
As soon as Stripe has verified your club’s account and your subscription is active. You create the account from Palarena, then Stripe asks for your organization’s documents. How long that takes depends on Stripe.
When does my subscription start?
The day you subscribe in the software, which you can do once your Stripe account is verified. Creating the account or sending documents doesn’t start anything. Before you confirm, the summary shows your start date and your first billing date.
Do I need a website?
No. Your club’s app has its own web address, based on your club’s name. If you already have a website, just add the link to it.
