- You can browse slots and prices without an account. You’ll need one to book.
- Payment
- Online, by card. The app is free, with no fees added to the club’s price.
- Your club
- It needs to be on Palarena. The courts and the prices are the club’s own.
- Memberships
- A club membership or pack that covers the slot is applied to your share automatically.
Before you jump in
When is my card charged?
When the slot starts. Until then, a hold on your card secures the amount without charging it. The hold is placed when you book, or four days before the slot if it’s further out.
Can I cancel my booking?
Yes, any time before the slot starts. The club sets how long you can cancel for free and what you owe after that. You see this policy before you pay.
What if a player I invited doesn’t pay their share?
Their spot stays open and your booking stands. You aren’t charged in their place. Everyone pays only their own share.
