The details.
Can another club see my player list?
No. A club’s list only includes players who are on a booking at that club, with their bookings and payments there. No other club can see your list or what you collect.
Does Palarena recommend other clubs to my players?
No. Your list is used for your club only, and your app doesn’t show any other club. In the Palarena app, a player looking for a place to play sees the clubs nearby, ranked by distance, yours included.
Who on my team can see the player list?
The owner and managers. Staff can see the schedule, but not the player list, its exports or the finances. You decide who gets which access.
Can I take my data with me if I switch software?
Yes. You can export your player list and finances anytime. If you switch software, our team hands over your club’s data in a reusable format and helps you move it, free of charge.
Does it cost anything to be listed in the Palarena app?
No. Your listing comes with your subscription, at no extra cost. A player who finds you there books with you like anyone else, with no commission. Only Stripe fees apply.
