Your club has its own app under its own name, and it also appears in the Palarena app, where players look for a club or a game near them. It is an extra shop window, included in your subscription, that shows you to players who do not know you yet.
And your relationship with your players stays yours. Their details serve your club alone, and no other club can see them.
What players see of your club
In the Palarena app, players search around a town or their own location. Your club appears with its photo, its town and its distance. Its page shows your sports, opening hours, photos, facilities and booking rules, with your contact details and a link to your website.
Your open matches are visible to players looking for a game within their radius, with the level of the players already in and the places left.
Clubs are listed by distance. No position can be bought, and no club is promoted for payment.
A player who finds you books with you
When players find you in the Palarena app, they book and pay with you, at your prices and under your cancellation terms. The payment goes to your club’s Stripe account like any other booking, and Palarena takes no commission on the bookings that come from the app.
Those players then join your list of players, with the same details as everyone else.
What stays with your club
Your team sees the players who have booked with you, with their email addresses and their bookings, and exports the list as a CSV whenever it likes. It also follows your takings, your refunds and the passes you sell.
No other club can see your list of players, what they book with you or your takings. It is written into the Palarena contract, which gives a club no access to a player’s activity at other clubs.
And if you ever change software, the Palarena team hands over your club’s data and helps you transfer it, free of charge.
Your app shows your club alone
In your club’s app, your players find your slots, your matches and your passes. It shows no banner and no suggestion for another venue.
Your list of players serves your club alone, never to suggest another venue to them. Emails about a booking with you, whether a confirmation, a cancellation or a refund, only mention your club.

Can another club access my list of players?
No. Each club only sees the players who have booked with it, with their bookings and payments at that club. Your list and your players’ activity with you are not visible to any other club.
Can Palarena send my players to other clubs?
Your list of players serves your club alone, and your club’s app shows no other venue. In the Palarena app, players see the clubs around them, listed by distance, as they would find them on a map. Your club gains the same visibility with players from other clubs.
Does being in the Palarena app cost anything extra?
No. Your club appears there as part of your subscription, at no extra cost, and Palarena takes no commission on the bookings that come from it.
Can I get my data back if I change software?
Yes. You can export your list of players as a CSV whenever you like. If you change software, the Palarena team hands over your club’s data and helps you transfer it, free of charge.
