A rule in three questions
How much, when and what. You choose to raise or lower the price by a percentage, the days, the time range and the period of the year, then the courts concerned, all of them, one sport or one group of courts. A preview shows the price before and after for each duration.
Always under control
Each rule can be switched on or off in one move. Palarena flags rules that overlap and hours that no rule covers. A booking already made keeps its price, even if you change your rules later.

How do I set off-peak hours?
Create a rule that lowers the price, choose the days and the time range, for example weekdays from 9:00 to 16:00, then the courts concerned. It applies straight away to online bookings.
How do I run a promotion?
Start from the “Special offer” template, which lowers the price over the period and slots you choose. Your players see the reduced price when they book.
What about member rates?
They work through your memberships. A membership can offer a discount, a free share or the right to book earlier, and your members buy it online.
Does the player see the adjusted price before paying?
Yes. They see the price of the slot, with the rule applied, before booking.
