What’s the difference between a membership and a pack?
A membership renews every month or every year until it’s canceled. A pack is paid for once and gives the player a set number of games to use within 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.
Does the discount apply to the whole court?
No, only to the share of the player who holds the membership or pack. On a €48 court split four ways, their €12 share drops to €9.60 with 20% off. If they pay for the whole group, the discount still covers just one share.
What happens when a player cancels?
They can cancel anytime from their account. The membership and its benefits run through the end of the period they’ve already paid for, and then nothing more is charged. A pack simply runs to its end date.
Can I sell a plan at the front desk?
No. Players buy plans online, in your app, with their card. They must be adults, and a plan costs at least €5.
Can a membership be combined with an off-peak price?
Yes. The slot’s price applies first, then the player’s benefit on their share. Two benefits can’t be stacked on the same share, though. The better one applies.
