With Palarena, you create your offers, a monthly or annual membership, a fixed-term pass or a pack of games, and your players buy them online, in your club’s app or in the Palarena app. The benefit then applies on its own to every booking.
Membership or fixed-term pass
A membership renews every month or every year, and the player can cancel it at any time, effective at the end of the period. A fixed-term pass is paid once and lasts 30, 90, 180 or 365 days.
The benefits you offer
Each benefit can be limited per day, week or month or over the life of the pass, and kept to certain days, times, courts or sports.

A pack of games
For a pack of 10 games, create a fixed-term pass that covers the player’s share, limited to 10 uses in total. The player keeps track of what is left in “My passes”.
Applied without a thought
At booking, Palarena applies the player’s best benefit to their share, and they see it before paying. Payments go to your club’s Stripe account, with no Palarena commission, and the player finds their invoices in “My passes”.

How do I set up a member rate?
With a membership that takes a discount off the player’s share, as a percentage or a fixed amount, limited to certain times if you like. Your members buy it online, and the discount applies on its own to every booking.
Can the player cancel their membership?
Yes, at any time from “My passes”, effective at the end of the current period.
Does Palarena take a commission on memberships?
No. Palarena takes no commission on the passes and memberships you sell. Only Stripe’s fees apply.
