What clubs ask us before they start.
How does the level system work?
Each player has a level per sport, set by a short questionnaire and then adjusted by their competitive matches. The organiser sets the level range they are looking for. A player within the range joins straight away. The others can ask to join, and the players already in decide.
Can I run pickleball and padel on the same schedule?
Yes, your padel and pickleball courts appear on the same schedule. Each court belongs to one sport. If one court hosts several activities, write to us and we’ll help you find the right setup.
My players are beginners. Will the software be too much for them?
No. They book, pay their share, join a game. It takes a minute to understand. The ones who would rather call still call, and your team books for them from the schedule.
Can I run a promotion on one particular slot?
Yes. Create a pricing rule for the relevant times and courts. It applies to new bookings that meet its conditions.
How long does it take to get the club online?
About 30 minutes for your club to be set up and ready to sell online. We prepare your courts, opening hours and rates with you. If you are switching software, bringing your data over takes a little longer, and we give you that timing before we start. Migration and training are included. Online payments open as soon as Stripe has approved your club’s account, often within minutes.
Do my players end up in a shared marketplace?
No. Your club’s app shows only you, with your name, photos and rates. And no other club sees your list of players.
Does the price depend on how many courts I have?
No. One subscription for the whole club, however many courts and sports you run. The detail is on the pricing page.
Does my club also appear in the Palarena app?
Yes. On top of your club’s own app, your club and your open matches appear in the Palarena app, where players look for a club or a game near them. The players who find you there book with you, at your prices, with no commission.
