Service Providers and Technical Services — Palarena
This page supplements the privacy policy. It describes the services embedded in Palarena; their use depends on the feature requested and the environment concerned. They receive the data necessary for that feature.
Services used
| Service | Use and data concerned | Service provider’s information |
|---|---|---|
| OVHcloud | Hosting of the applications, databases and monitoring; business email. Service data, contacts and technical logs | Data protection |
| Cloudflare | Delivery and security of the sites, hosting of the landing site and of contact requests, storage of photos and media. Connection data, forms and files intended for display | Privacy, DPA |
| Resend | Confirmation emails, notifications and contact requests. Recipients, necessary content and delivery events | DPA, subprocessors |
| Calendly | Demo meetings at your request. Name, email, Club context and chosen slot | Privacy, DPA |
| Stripe | Payments to the Clubs, payment accounts, software subscription and saved payment methods. Stripe collects card data directly | Privacy, DPA |
| Google sign-in if you choose it. Identifier and authorized profile information | Privacy |
Sports payments are made to the Club on its Stripe account; the software subscription is paid to the publisher of Palarena. The Club has its own relationship with Stripe. Depending on the processing, Stripe acts for the professional or for its own regulatory and security purposes. Google also processes the use of your account under its policy. These services are therefore not all, for all their processing, mere processors of Palarena.
Umami and Grafana Faro are software used on Palarena’s infrastructure, depending on the environment. Their use does not mean that the data is sent to their publishers. The hosting and the passage through the delivery network remain those of the service providers indicated above.
Processing locations and transfers
Cloudflare uses a global network. The hosting of the applications at OVHcloud does not make it possible to conclude that all processing, storage and assistance access remain in France or in the European Economic Area. Nor do the email sending regions describe all of Resend’s processing. The applicable locations depend on the service, the provider account and its configuration.
The linked documents present the providers’ public terms; this list does not attest that transfer safeguards have been signed for a given account. A transfer outside the EEA requires the mechanism applicable to the recipient: adequacy within its exact scope or appropriate safeguards, with an analysis and supplementary measures where necessary. Information on the locations and safeguards of the data flow that concerns you may be requested from contact@palarena.com.
The Club identified on the offer is a distinct recipient for the data necessary for its service. Its access to the interface or the return of its file outside the EEA may also constitute a transfer. The Clubs are not presented here as processors of Palarena. Canada’s adequacy concerns commercial organizations subject to PIPEDA; that of the United States concerns organizations participating in the EU–U.S. Data Privacy Framework.
Trackers and embedded services
The Umami audience measurement of the landing site remains disabled without your agreement. You can accept or refuse with the same ease, then change your choice through “Privacy and cookies” in the footer. The preference palarena:privacy:v1 is kept for 180 days in this browser. It is used to respect your choice; in the absence of a valid agreement, audience measurement remains disabled.
The optional Grafana Faro diagnostics of the Manager and the administration app also remain disabled without agreement. Each application has its own choice, kept for 180 days under palarena:diagnostics:v1 and which can be changed from “Privacy”. The technical sessions use in particular com.grafana.faro.session and com.grafana.faro.lastNavigationId. Withdrawal stops the sending and clears this storage; the reload offered removes the components already loaded. In another open tab, the sending stops without forcing the loss of a form in progress. Diagnostic traces follow the 7-day period of the routine observation system.
The Calendly calendar is loaded only after your action on the button that identifies it. The choices offered by Calendly apply to its service; trackers that require consent remain subject to that agreement. You can also request a meeting at contact@palarena.com.
The storage necessary for sign-in, security and the requested payment is distinct from these optional uses. Stripe components are loaded for the requested payment or card management; this amounts neither to acceptance of audience measurement nor to agreement to save a card for future purchases. Server-side security logs are described separately in the privacy policy.
Changes and contact
For data entrusted by the Clubs, the addition or replacement of a subprocessor follows the information and objection period provided for by the Professional Agreement. The successive versions of this list remain accessible.
