Reporting Content or Contesting a Palarena Decision
Version 2026-10-14 — effective October 14, 2026
1. Contact
In the app, the “Report” action on a Partners profile or message sends your report to the Palarena team, with the reason you chose, the message concerned and your details. For any content, conduct or offer, you can also write to contact@palarena.com, with the subject “Report”, free of charge and without an account, in French or English. This is also the contact for authorities under the Digital Services Act. For a booking or a refund, write “Complaint” and its reference: the Club is liable for its service and Palarena for its own service, and Palarena forwards the request where necessary.
In case of immediate danger, contact the emergency services; this address does not guarantee permanent monitoring.
2. Content of the notice
Indicate:
- the content and its precise location: a link, a reference or a description that makes it possible to find it;
- the facts and the reasons why you consider it unlawful;
- your name and your email for follow-up, except for the legal exceptions concerning certain sexual offenses against minors;
- your statement that you believe, in good faith, that the information and allegations are accurate and complete.
A report made in the app already identifies the profile or the message; describe the facts in the free-text field. Attach only relevant material, without any password or full banking data. For an infringement of an intellectual property right, specify the right and your standing to act. An incomplete notice may nevertheless be examined where it reveals an identifiable risk.
3. Examination and decision
Palarena acknowledges receipt without undue delay where your address allows it and examines the notice diligently, objectively and proportionately, according to the urgency and the rights of the parties. It may ask for clarifications, keep the content, request a correction, remove the content, limit its visibility or restrict an offer or an account. Provisional protection may be necessary.
The decision and the possibilities for contesting it are communicated to the reporter without undue delay. The person targeted by a restriction receives its reasons at the latest when it takes effect, subject to the legal exceptions: facts, origin of the examination, measure/scope/duration, legal or contractual basis, any use of automated means and remedies. The reporter’s identity is disclosed only where necessary and lawful.
4. Review
The reporter or the person targeted may request a review free of charge at contact@palarena.com, with the reference and the points contested. A person examines the request and explains the decision, corrected where necessary.
This step is not a mandatory precondition for referring the matter to an authority or a court and does not limit the applicable amicable dispute resolution methods. For the sports service, the selling Club’s mediator appears in its terms of sale. A complaint concerning the Digital Services Act may be sent to the competent coordinator, in particular Arcom in France. The notice guarantees of the Club agreement remain.
5. Data
The information is accessible only to the people handling the file and to the necessary recipients. Its retention follows the privacy policy: twelve months after closure for routine assistance, with restricted archiving of the documents necessary for an obligation or a dispute.
