Publisher and contact

Palarena is software for managing and booking sports activities. The French simplified joint-stock company (SAS) intended to operate it is being incorporated. Its identity, its registered office, its share capital, its registration, its VAT status and the publication director (responsable de publication) will be provided here before the commercial launch.

This contact also receives users’ reports and requests from authorities, in French and in English. The reporting procedure is accessible without an account.

Hosting and technical services

The landing site uses Cloudflare Pages. The applications and databases use OVHcloud infrastructure; media are served by Cloudflare R2. The services and their roles are presented in the list of service providers. The legal contact details of the hosting providers will be completed on the basis of the contracts actually entered into by the company.

Sports services and complaints

The Club identified in each offer sells and performs the sports service. Its contact details and the applicable complaint and mediation arrangements appear in its own terms of sale.

Palarena is liable for its digital services. The contact details of its consumer mediator will be published before the services concerned open, after the mediator has actually been designated.

Intellectual property

The software, trademarks, texts, graphics and other creations are protected by the applicable rights. Their use remains subject to the authorization of their holders and to the legal exceptions.
