Palarena Export Register
This register accompanies the Reversibility annex. Requests are sent by the authorized representative to contact@palarena.com. A data export does not on its own lead to termination; the two steps can be combined in the request.
Delivery format
Structured data is delivered in JSON UTF-8, with an inventory and the relationships between identifiers. Amounts are integers in cents, accompanied by their currency. Instants are expressed in ISO 8601 with their time zone or in UTC; calendar dates and the Club’s time zone are identified separately. The files provided by the Club are the subject of a separate inventory and a secure transfer where the Club is authorized to receive them.
The CSV exports available in the Manager supplement this delivery. An export of players or of invoices is not presented as a complete export of the Club.
Interface and structure
The Club’s owner can download the JSON archive from the Manager. The corresponding interface is GET /api/v1/clubs/{clubId}/data-export, with their authenticated session. This access does not depend on the Club’s subscription or publication. A delivery to the destination provider can be arranged at contact@palarena.com, without communicating the owner’s password to it.
The palarena-data-export-2026-09 format includes format, exportedAt, subject, units, categories (name and number of items), supplements and sections (data by category). The identifiers kept make it possible to link the records; amounts carry their currency, dates their units above. The categories and their records constitute the inventory of each archive.
The immediate download is limited to 10,000 rows per category, 50 MiB and two requests per hour. Beyond the size limits, the API responds 413 without producing a partial file; the Club requests a complete delivery from support free of charge. These technical limits do not reduce its right of retrieval.
The archive flags the supplements to be delivered separately: media files, invoices and disputes held at Stripe, correspondence and documents requiring the protection of third-party data. A file path or a Stripe reference does not replace delivery of the document due.
Scope
The delivery covers the Club’s configuration, its facilities, its offers and rules, the necessary bookings and participants, its events, the passes sold, its customer relationships, its payments and supporting documents held, its professional accounts, content and evidence of its own. An empty category or a restriction is identified in the inventory. The data of other Clubs, passwords, sessions, secrets and reusable card references are excluded.
Third parties’ contact details and content are transmitted only within the Club’s authorized scope. Stripe references document the operations: they do not transfer the payment methods or the banking contracts to another service provider.
Access and schedule
The delivery is private, after verification of authorization, with a retrieval channel limited to the recipient. The notice, transition and retrieval periods are those of the Reversibility annex. The end of a subscription does not impose a new subscription in order to retrieve the data due.
The inventory of each delivery specifies its date, the version of the format, the categories delivered, the justified limits, the associated files and the steps still necessary with Stripe or another provider. An incomplete delivery is not announced as finished.
