Reversibility and Exports of the Club’s Data
Annex to the Palarena Professional Agreement — version 2026-10-14 — effective October 14, 2026
1. Purpose and request
The Club may retrieve its data, switch providers, transfer its data to its own system or request its erasure. This annex supplements Articles 7, 11 and 17 of the Professional Agreement. A mere copy does not terminate the subscription.
The authorized representative writes to contact@palarena.com, specifying the Club, the step requested, the recipient if any and the desired date. Palarena verifies the authorization and agrees on a schedule and a secure delivery. It cooperates with the Club and the destination provider and indicates the known dependencies of the operations in progress.
2. Time limits and continuity
The notice period for a switch does not exceed two months from the request. The transition then takes place without undue delay and within a maximum of thirty calendar days, with reasonable assistance, continuity and security of the contractual features.
If this period is technically impossible to meet, Palarena explains why within fourteen working days of the request and proposes an alternative transition of no more than seven months. The Club may extend the transition once, according to its needs.
A retrieval period of at least thirty calendar days follows the transition, without any new subscription being required. It does not reactivate the sale of new services.
3. Exportable categories
The export covers the input and output data, metadata and digital assets generated by the Club’s use of the service or directly related to it, to the extent that they exist and that the Club is authorized to receive them.

The technical register https://palarena.com/en/legal/export-register/2026-10-14/ is accessible online before subscription. It describes structures, fields, relationships, formats, units, dates, versions, specifications and limits; its version accompanies the delivery. It does not restrict the right to export to the features visible in the interface alone.
4. Formats and interfaces
Structured data is delivered in commonly used machine-readable formats, with the information necessary for its reuse. The original files are delivered with an inventory; a PDF alone does not replace the data necessary for the migration.
Palarena makes available free of charge the open interfaces and their documentation required for porting and interoperability, as set out in the register and the applicable standards. Access is secured and limited to the Club’s scope. Assistance may be provided manually, without the purchase of an additional tool.
5. Limits and dependencies
The following are excluded, to the extent that their exclusion is justified: Palarena’s code and internal tools, algorithms and trade secrets that do not constitute exportable assets of the Club; data of other Clubs or data whose delivery would be unlawful; passwords, keys, tokens, security secrets and reusable payment methods; Palarena’s own internal security data; data already lawfully deleted or anonymized.
These exclusions do not allow the Club’s commercial data to be withheld or the switch to be blocked. A specific restriction is explained and a partial or redacted delivery is sought. The export creates no marketing authorization and does not reset an objection.
The Club’s Stripe account remains distinct. Delivering references does not automatically transfer agreements, mandates, cards or subscriptions; taking them over requires the authorizations and the coordination of the actors concerned. Earlier refunds and disputes continue to be handled. Palarena does not guarantee that the destination software will reproduce all of its features.
6. Fees and end of the Agreement
No fee is charged for the export, for reasonable switching assistance or for the transfer provided for by this annex. The service provided during the transition and its final statement follow Article 7 of the Professional Agreement; a financial dispute blocks neither the switch nor the retrieval.
The service ends when the switch has been successfully completed, and the Club is notified. For erasure with end of service without transfer, it ends at the close of the agreed notice period, which does not exceed two months. These rules prevail over the end date of an ordinary termination. The retrieval rights and the obligations relating to earlier operations survive for as long as they are relevant.
7. Erasure and residual retention
After a successful migration and the retrieval period, the Club’s exportable data and assets are erased, unless a later time limit is agreed or there is a legal obligation to keep certain documents. Palarena indicates the categories kept, their legal basis, their period and who can access them, with access restricted outside routine use.
Backups expire according to their documented cycle, which is communicated to the Club; a restoration reapplies the erasures and restrictions before the service is brought back into operation. The confirmation mentions the residual copies and their expiry.
8. Infrastructure and complaints
The infrastructure used and the general measures against incompatible international access are described at https://palarena.com/en/legal/service-providers/2026-10-14/ and in the technical register. The applicable locations and safeguards are communicated before subscription and kept up to date.
Any difficulty is addressed to contact@palarena.com. Palarena explains the obstacles and seeks to resolve them, without prejudice to the Club’s legal remedies.
